Robert Rios Photography offers photography pricing aimed for budget weddings and celebrations for cost conscious clients with whimsical style.
We aim to provide a beautiful and client first experience throughout the entire process while working with our clients to create amazing images that capture the day in an artistic way and help you relive your special day for years to come.
All your photographs will be delivered via a private online gallery, where you can view and share with your loved ones. All final high-resolution images can downloaded without watermarks and clients have full print rights.

We definitely want to book you! What’s the next step?
Awesome! To officially book me, you’ll have to sign my contract and pay a non- refundable retainer fee of 10% of the total cost. As soon as those two things are in, you’re booked! If the date of the event is less than 2 weeks away full payment will be required.
Will you be the photographer?
Yes! I take great pride in my work and I love to be the one who is behind the camera capturing the details and moment. From first contact to final delivery I will be the one you interface with throughout this adventure.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I gladly accept cash, Apple Pay and Zelle
What is your photographic style?
Images with a creative, modern and editorial flair. I love to use the emotions of the moment to capture the best possible images. Most importance to me is that my images reflect the joy and sincerity of the clients and the moment.
Can you help with locations for the engagement session?
I love to encourage clients to select locations which they have connections with or that tie in with their wedding. When a client needs guidance I will assist in the process by providing a list of locations which they can choose from.
Can I make prints from the digital downloads included in all packages?
Absolutely! All the photos on your private online gallery are high resolution and ready to print and without watermarks.
How long will my gallery be available on-line?
Wedding galleries will be available for 1 year all other sessions for 3 months. Please make sure to download and save your memories.
What if our event runs later than we expected? Can you stay ‘til the end?
Of course! If I stay more than an hour late, though, you will be billed for overtime and no proofs will be posted until the overtime has been paid in full. My hourly rate is $325.
Are you available for Destination Weddings or Engagement Shoots?
Yes, I do travel and my fees are optimal. Client books travel and stay. Preferably where they are staying. A studio fee of $125 per day will be charged for non shooting/ traveling days. Expenses will be billed after the trip.
Why should I consider doing a “First Look”?
If you wait until the ceremony to see each other, I’ll have no choice but to do all your portraits after the wedding. This is no problem if you’re doing an afternoon wedding, but if it’ll be dark after your ceremony, my options for creative portraits are limited, to say the least. Having an extra hour before the ceremony for wedding party and bride and groom portraits when there is still plenty
of natural light makes for AMAZING photos!
